Troy has been with Star 36 Consulting, LLC. for over 18 years. He brings in-depth knowledge and experience from the construction industry, the Petro-Chem industry, and an on-location film safety medic. Troy has also served as a Wildland Firefighter/EMS and is an authorized OSHA 10/30 trainer for construction and general industry.
Patrick brings his knowledge and experience to organizations through his expertise of Systems Management. He has worked as a Covid-19 monitor, trainer, and CDC information resource. He is trained in FEMA’s Emergency Management Professional Program, and Texas A&M’s Critical Infrastructure Certificate Program.
Gabriela brings her extensive knowledge and experience to organizations through her years in the Culinary and Hospitality industry. She has managed kitchens from East to West Coast, from Fine Dining to quick & casual comfort establishments. She has worked as a Kitchen Safety Inspector, Culinary Instructor, Executive Chef, and is SERV safe certified.
Christopher is an experienced Technology Leader of managed IT services. He brings over 25 years of experience serving small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies in both private & public sectors throughout the 50 States. Most recently he managed both Comcast NBCUniversal and Fox Studios, and all their IT needs in the Entertainment Industry. He is passionate about problem solving solutions and delivering unrivaled technical support. Having worked for numerous manufacturing companies including McDonnell Douglas, Boeing, Honeywell, and semiconductor companies including ON Semiconductor and Freescale/Motorola in the cell phone sector, he brings a wealth of knowledge and compliance in both OSHA and ISO-9001 standards. Project Management focused, he has adopted and is certified in methodologies including QA, AGILE, SCRUM, bug testing, and ITIL V3 foundations.
Edwin brings Safety and OSHA compliance experience to the team with his vast OSHA and Department of Defense (DoD) compliance training managing Safety NCOIC, during his time in Arifjan, Kuwait, and Bagram Afghanistan. His responsibilities included OSHA/DoD Compliance inspections of the Highway 40 industrial complex, safety briefings, inspections encompassing the use of OSHA Codes and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for up to 500+ personnel in various working conditions and multiple locations throughout the Middle East. Facility Safety of personnel was conducted with production employees in hazardous combat environments assigned to the command. Edwin attended Basic Combat Training for the US Army at Fort Bliss, TX, attended a Primary Leadership Development Course for the US Army in Germany, commanded a recovery vehicle in Saudi Arabia and Iraq, commonly known today as Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Edwin has completed his OSHA 10 and is on course to obtain his OSHA 510 and 511 certifications in the next few months.
Fredrick brings a wealth of experience in CNC machine tool repair, manual machinery, equipment repair, and diagnostics including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical. During his extensive 25-year career, he has partnered with some of the biggest names in the Machine Tooling industry including Gosiger Inc., MCNC Precision Engineering, Selway Machine Tool, JE Pistons, HAAS Factory Outlet, and numerous others. His education includes an advanced training course certification from HAAS, as well as an Apprenticeship, and Certifications for Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance, and Vocational training from Okuma Machinery, Inc.
